Under the correct conditions, Endurance directly invests or will assemble
necessary capital for both private and public companies to execute appropriate
growth opportunities. Typical Metrics include:
Greater Than $5MM in sales.
Break even or near break even
Market or "near market" has growth or can be consolidated
A path to shareholder liquidity can be developed within 36 month
Endurance Engagements begin with developing alternative opportunities for
game changing growth and developing consensus on the priority of pursuit.
Further, we develop consensus on alternative plans for liquidity.
Consensus is not developed in a vacuum. During the development process,
Endurance and management present the evolving plans to the Endurance
Capital Board as well as other industry participants under non-disclosure for
critical feedback.
Depending on the necessary capital, Endurance or affiliated funds will either
directly invest, lead an investment round or work with management to raise
outside capital.
